The 20th Annual Celebrate-A-Life event took place this year from December 5-16, 2007 at Hillside Centre.  This event is held every December to allow people to take a few moments out of their busy holiday season to honour the memory of family and friends who have died.  Some visitors took the opportunity to make a donation to support end-of-life care at Victoria Hospice. Thank you, Victoria, for your generous donations totalling over $35,000 this year!

A visit to the Celebrate-A-Life display can take several forms. Visitors can:

Trained Victoria Hospice volunteers staff the annual Celebrate-A-Life display daily for two weeks during regular mall hours.  Enter via the Shelbourne Street mall entrance.

Celebrate-A-Life also included a beautiful non-denominational Memorial Service on Sunday, December 16th at the University of Victoria Interfaith Chapel to conclude this annual Victoria holiday season tradition.
